Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If cancellations occur without the required notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
We understand that life happens and unforeseen situations arise. If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Redo Policy
At Gloss Haus, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. As such, we do not offer refunds on any services or products, including hair services and hair extensions, which are considered final sale.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 2 weeks of your original appointment, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Product Return
At Gloss Haus, we want you to love the products you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For products that have been lightly used, we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to approval. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.
Note: All hair extensions, brushes, and tools are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
